These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xtream Play website and application. By accessing or using Xtream Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Nature of the Service
Xtream Play is an empty-shell media player client only. We do not provide, host, sell, resell, or lease any IPTV subscriptions, channels, streams, playlists, or media content. To use the player you must supply your own legally obtained Xtream Codes server credentials from a provider of your choice.
2. User-Supplied Content
Xtream Play is not responsible for any content a user adds to, connects to, or accesses through this media center. All playlists, channels, streams, video-on-demand items, EPG data, artwork, and any other media made available inside the player originate exclusively from the third-party provider credentials that you supply. We do not review, curate, endorse, host, or distribute any of that content, and we accept no liability for its nature, accuracy, legality, or origin.
3. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use Xtream Play only to access content you are legally entitled to access.
- You are solely responsible for the legality of the streams and credentials you connect to the player.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and a valid email address during registration.
5. Third-Party Subscriptions & Quality of Service
We are not responsible for third-party subscriptions or for the quality of service delivered by any third-party provider. Any subscription, billing, or contractual relationship you have with an IPTV or media provider is strictly between you and that provider. Xtream Play has no control over — and assumes no liability for — third-party pricing, billing disputes, refunds, account suspensions, stream uptime, buffering, picture quality, channel availability, geographic restrictions, or any other aspect of a third-party service. Complaints about a provider's content or performance must be directed to that provider.
6. Xtream Play Subscriptions & Coupons
Certain player features may require a paid tier. Paid tiers unlock features of the player software only — they do not include, provide, or guarantee any media content. Promotional coupon codes are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. All fees, where applicable, are described at the point of purchase and are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Xtream Play is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every third-party provider, device, or network.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtream Play and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits, nor for any content accessed through third-party credentials you supply. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Xtream Play in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xtream Play and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you add to the media center, the third-party services you connect, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property & DMCA
The Xtream Play software, branding, and design are our property. We respect intellectual-property rights: Xtream Play stores no media content, but if you believe the player is being used to infringe your rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
